About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Associate to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring the highest quality products are produced while meeting business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain equipment, adhering to autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) standards.
  • Monitor and respond to problems as needed, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production.
  • Evaluate and document product and package quality, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to 5S principles and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Communicate effectively with supervision and other departments regarding quality and processing issues.
  • Provide sanitary assessments and cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Pass certification processes for work assignments, following procedures accurately and repeatedly.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Punctuality and good communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills and work well in a team environment.
  • Availability to work in a physically demanding environment, cleaning machines (required).
  • Manufacturing experience (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A history of increasing responsibility and accountability in prior employment.
  • Ability to work well in a group/team-based setting, and welcome change in an evolving environment.
