Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandise Management: Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
  • Store Recovery: Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Organizational and Cleanliness Standards: Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, and work effectively with peers and supervisors.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with diverse customers.
  • Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Multi-Tasking: Capable of multi-tasking and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
