Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse in our Critical Care unit, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional patient care and promote a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to nursing and ancillary personnel, commensurate with their scope of practice.
  • Promote the use of best practices in the delivery of patient care.
  • Facilitate Lean Daily Management activities.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to promote professional nursing practice and behavior.
Requirements:
  • High School or Equivalent: Required
  • Associate's or Equivalent: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
  • Minimum one-year previous critical care, step down or telemetry experience: Required
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Previous charge nurse experience in Critical Care setting: Preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
  • Current State of California Registered Nurse License: Required
  • Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association: Required
  • ACLS through the American Heart Association: Required
  • CCRN or RNC: Preferred

12.5 Hour Work Schedule, Night Shift, 36 hours per week, 72 hours biweekly
