Center-Based Interventionist

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at LIFE SKILLS AUTISM ACADEMY. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Estimated Salary: $25-$35 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work one-on-one with clients in a 1:1 setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized treatment plans to increase critical developmental skills such as language and communication, social, and school readiness behaviors.
• Collecting, recording, and summarizing data on observable client behavior.
• Assisting with parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
• Ensuring a safe and organized therapy environment that promotes learning and growth.
