About the Job

Nurse Connection Staffing is a leading healthcare staffing agency with over 30 years of experience. We are currently seeking licensed LPNs to fill per diem supplemental staffing needs for our business partners in the Central New York and Finger Lakes regions.

Job Summary

We are looking for LPNs with a valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse License and at least 1 year of full-time experience working in Long Term Care or Assisted Living settings within the past 3 years. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in Long Term Care and Assisted Living settings
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse License
  • At least 1 year of full-time experience working in Long Term Care or Assisted Living settings within the past 3 years
  • CPR Certification
  • Current medical documentation, including physical and PPD within the past year and proof of MMRs (immunizations or Titers)
