Job Description

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join its team at its new location in St. Peters, Missouri. The ideal candidate will educate patients and provide information about medical cannabis and its uses while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patients with education and information about medical cannabis and its uses.
  • Assist patients with product selection in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Process patient orders and payments utilizing POS software.
  • Operate, maintain, and close cash till and deposit the end of daily earnings.
  • Assist management staff with daily operational needs.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment for patients.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience: 1 year.
  • Medical terminology: 1 year (preferred).
  • Computer skills: 1 year (preferred).
  • Valid Missouri driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain AGENT ID permit.
