We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Concessions Supervisor to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the operations of concession stands and providing a pleasant guest experience.

• Manage the operations of multiple concession stands, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for guests and team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Understand and communicate menu offerings, presentation, and pricing to guests.
• Ensure proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies.

• Minimum of one year leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
