Job Title: Advanced Simulation and Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in conducting FEA simulations and contributing to the design process of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced FEA simulations on various mechanical components and systems to understand and predict product behavior under different loading conditions.
  • Build, develop, validate, and implement simulation models and algorithms to support design decisions.
  • Analyze and interpret simulation results to identify areas for improvement and ensure that products meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that simulations accurately reflect product behavior.
  • Mentor and guide junior FEA engineers, as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in conducting FEA simulations.
  • Strong understanding of solid mechanics and finite element analysis.
  • Proficiency in using simulation software such as ANSYS and Siemens.
  • Ability to interpret and present simulation results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
