Chaplaincy Director

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly qualified Roman Catholic Priest to serve as a Chaplaincy Director in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves providing spiritual care and guidance to authorized personnel while upholding the principles of Roman Catholicism.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

• Report to the Command Chaplain as Department Head and provide for Roman Catholic worship, sacramental ministrations, and religious guidance.
• Offer pastoral care/counseling to authorized personnel as requested, required, and scheduled.
• Assist the Command Chaplain with defining, validating, and implementing CRP Planned Ministry Objectives for Roman Catholic personnel.
• Demonstrate care for all CRP customers and facilitate the religious needs of non-Roman Catholic personnel by referring them to other members of the CRP.
• Perform administrative requirements in a timely fashion.
• Maintain current credentials for access to the installation and comply with station and government policies and regulations.

• Shall be ordained Roman Catholic priests.
• Shall possess a general working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook or equivalent software and desktop computer hardware.
• Have a working understanding of Navy organization and the pluralistic ministry requirements that affect the use of chapel facilities and staff.
