Job Description:

We are looking for a construction project coordinator to oversee renovation projects in occupied buildings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing similar projects and will be responsible for ensuring that all renovations are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage renovation activities: Supervise renovation activities on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Communicate with stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact for building occupants and internal teams.
  • Maintain quality control: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards.
  • Solve problems: Identify potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Document progress: Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily logs, change orders, and financial reports.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in renovations of occupied buildings.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Northeast Coast and be on-site most of the working week.
  • Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, including competitive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and holidays.
