Associate Attorney

The Law Office of Gail Suhr, PLLC has partnered with iHire to find a skilled Associate Attorney to join their family law team.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Attorney to assist in a wide range of legal tasks, including legal document preparation, dispositions, outlines, exhibits, briefs, research and writing, litigation, and more.

• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions
• Conduct research and analysis to support legal arguments
• Assist in trial preparation and litigation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage complex family law cases
• Engage in discovery and argument of compelling motions
• Establish meaningful connections with clients, opposing counsel, and the court through efficient communication and attention to detail

• Juris Doctor degree
• Experience in drafting legal documents and trial advocacy
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
