Your Responsibilities:
  • Delivering personal care such as bathing, back massages, oral hygiene, hair washing, and changing bed linens
  • Assisting patients with dressing and undressing
  • Planning and preparing healthy meals, including grocery shopping
  • Helping with patient feeding
  • Monitoring and caring for patients' skin to prevent tissue breakdown
  • Reporting significant changes in patients' conditions to the Case Manager

Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid and current CNA certification.
  • Previous hospice experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates a compassionate attitude towards patients and their families.
  • Able to read and follow written instructions and document care provided.
  • Holds a current CPR certification.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and an insured vehicle that meets state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working condition.
