Job Summary

Johnson Memorial Health Services is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing radiologic studies to provide critical information for the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and operate radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable equipment to capture high-quality images.
  • Position patients to obtain optimal radiographic exposures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date computerized records, files, and reports.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance studies to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Assist the supervising radiologist and radiology manager with administrative tasks and duties.
Requirements
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in the state and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required.
  • Possession of a CPR certification required.
  • One year of experience desirable.
  • Ability to speak in English and Spanish highly desirable.
Working Environment

This role requires prolonged periods of standing, reaching, and bending, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Physical strength and agility are necessary to position patients for a variety of diagnostic examinations.
