Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Director to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Leading and motivating a team of staff to achieve sales targets
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Building relationships with local businesses and the community to drive sales growth
  • Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to ensure high-quality products

Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary range $21.50 - $24.00 per hour, plus a monthly bonus. We also offer limited medical benefits and paid sick leave per Washington law.
