Medical Receptionist

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Vashon Medical Clinic. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process patient information and make medical appointments
• Communicate with patients via phone and in person
• Take messages and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Provide administrative support to the healthcare team

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in a medical setting
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Medical terminology preferred
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and computer typing skills required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary
• Good organizational skills a must
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required
