We are seeking a Medical Collector to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.

The ideal candidate will have superior customer service standards, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

As a Medical Collector, you will be responsible for assisting in determining the suitability of donors, establishing rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness, and responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions.

You will also monitor donor and equipment to ensure the health of donors and the quality of product, set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines, and disconnect and dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:
