Key Responsibilities:- Direct and coordinate all aspects of nursing and clinical services within the site
- Collaborate with physicians to achieve practice goals, including financial targets and quality/patient satisfaction targets
- Plan, organize, and budget resources to deliver effective patient care
- Review financial and patient outcomes to ensure they meet acceptable limits
- Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives to drive excellence
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current CPR certification and a valid Illinois Nurse License
- At least five years of professional nursing experience, with inpatient and outpatient experience preferred
- Charge nurse, lead nurse, or supervisory experience desired
