We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to join our team at JBS USA. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control access to our facilities, including the management of security personnel and systems.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to security and risk management.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security protocols and procedures.
  • Investigate and report on security incidents and breaches.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and write and speak in English.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with security software and systems.
  • Ability to walk more than one mile, on varying terrain, in all weather and up/down stairs.
  • Ability to perform assigned tasks without direct supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively under stress.
  • Attention to detail and a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work any shift and be available for on-call duties.
  • Security experience and a minimum High School diploma or GED are preferred.
