POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the installation, upkeep, and operation of irrigation systems. Conduct regular inventory checks of tools, equipment, and materials to ensure adequate supplies are available and in working condition. Fulfill requests for irrigation components and supplies. Monitor and record water usage from pumps and wells. Engage in special golf course enhancement projects, including the reconstruction of bunkers and tees, as well as drainage installation. Ensure the aesthetic quality of fountains, planters, and other landscape features by performing cleaning, replacement, or repairs as necessary.

Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report any defective equipment, accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; complete all required safety training and certifications. Maintain a clean and professional appearance; safeguard company assets. Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues. Foster and maintain positive working relationships; collaborate with team members to achieve common objectives; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of others. Ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations. Read and visually verify information in various formats. Conduct visual inspections of tools and equipment to identify any defects. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Less than 1-year related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

License or Certification: Valid Drivers License

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $20.00 per hour and includes health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and additional wellness benefits. Benefits may be subject to general eligibility, waiting periods, contributions, and other requirements.
