Job Summary:
The Billing Coordinator is a critical role in our revenue cycle team, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and payment processes.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claim worklists and ensure accurate coding and charge entry
- Coordinate credentialing and payer enrollment processes
- Oversee payment collection and deposit management
- Implement refund management processes
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
At least two years of medical billing experience preferred
