Maintenance Director

At Pedcor Management Corporation, we are seeking a seasoned Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance team and ensure the integrity and condition of our properties.

This is a full-time position responsible for monitoring the maintenance staff, evaluating their performance, and overseeing daily operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work orders are completed within 24 hours, except in emergencies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a high proficiency in systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance. They will also have a solid understanding of OSHA, EPA, and life safety regulations.

• Maintenance Oversight: Supervise and monitor the maintenance staff to ensure quality work and timely completion of tasks.
• Work Order Management: Ensure all work orders are completed within 24 hours, except in emergencies.
• Inventories and Supplies: Maintain sufficient inventories of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service requests, preventive maintenance work, and inventory levels.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities operations or maintenance management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• High proficiency in systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance.
• Solid understanding of OSHA, EPA, and life safety regulations.

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
