Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Industrial Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Holmen, WI. As an Industrial Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for custom making stainless steel attachments or adapters to fit customers' specific needs.

About the Role

This is a Contract-to-Hire position that offers a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $21.00 per hour. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, learn new skills, and take ownership of your work from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Custom make stainless steel attachments or adapters to meet customer requirements.
  • Learn and operate multiple workstations to complete assigned projects.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Measure and verify product specifications to ensure accuracy.
  • Operate various machinery and equipment, including tape measures and calipers.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of machine operating experience preferred.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience required.

Work Environment
