About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote and sell membership, travel, and insurance products to members, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions, including payments, deposits, and withdrawals, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive results.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Basic mathematical skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain accurate records.
