Job Description
The Ethanol Production Manager will be responsible for leading and directing all aspects of ethanol production, including managing all ethanol production staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, and maintaining documentation to ensure audit-readiness. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of ethanol production processes.

Responsibilities
* Manage all ethanol production staff.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, including GMP's, OSHA, HACCP, the Global Food Safety Initiative, the US FDA Food Safety Modernization Act, and sanitation guidelines as set forth by the company as listed in Corporate Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE).
* Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and audits.
* Coordinate calibration schedules and verification.
* Represent department on facility's Food and Feed Safety and Safety Sanitation teams.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, with supervision or leadership experience in Ethanol production or other related manufacturing field preferred. Ability to pass a Respirator Fit Test and perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job while wearing a respirator is also required.

Working Conditions
This position will involve working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including moving equipment and machinery, hot/humid, and cold conditions. The employee must be willing to work in all weather conditions, at heights, and in the presence of airborne particles. Involves exposure to wheat allergens.
