Test Development Specialist

Zobility is seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with a dynamic vehicle development team in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and propose testing strategies to meet vehicle concept requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing on components and vehicles in our lab and field locations, utilizing advanced instrumentation and data acquisition techniques.
- Analyze and summarize test data to inform decision-making and drive results.
- Work closely with design engineers to resolve issues efficiently and create mock-up parts for validation.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly through verbal and written reports.
- Apply logical problem-solving skills and sound judgment to drive decision-making.
- Requirements
- Previous experience in data acquisition and product testing is essential.
- ATV/SXS riding experience is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical skills, including vehicle maintenance and fabrication, are also highly desirable.
- A valid Ohio driver's license is required.
- Capability to operate large DOT CMVs (truck/trailer) is also highly desirable.
- Education
- A BS in Engineering or a comparable discipline is required.
