Position Overview: As a Nurse Onboarding Specialist at First Connect, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful transition of new employees into our nursing teams. Your primary focus will be on creating a comprehensive onboarding experience that sets our nurses up for success in the Emergency Department.

">Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical skills training programs for RNs and ED RNs
- Create interactive learning experiences that promote knowledge retention and skill development
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure curriculum accuracy and relevance
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN licensure
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing education or clinical instruction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of responsibility, expertise, and education required for this role.
