Key Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Implement and coordinate patient care activities, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care.
Requirements
- Current NY State RN License
- Minimum two (2) years' PACU experience in an acute care setting
- Minimum two (2) years critical care experience
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
