Master Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at T.J. Vegan & Soul Food, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in crafting exceptional drinks.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

1. Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring their needs are met.
3. Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies.
4. Safety and Compliance: Verify the legal drinking age of patrons, monitor responsible alcohol consumption, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
5. Financial Transactions: Process payments accurately, maintaining a balanced cash register and reporting any discrepancies.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and participate in team meetings as required.

• Prior bartending experience or training in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
