Job Overview

ConvenientMD is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits, leaves, and special HR projects with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and improve benefit processes and ensure compliance.
  • Communicate benefit offerings and provide employee training.
  • Manage new hire enrollments, orientations, and open enrollments.
  • Work with brokers and vendors on plan summaries, invoicing, and renewals.
  • Audit benefit reports, resolve insurance claims, and process payments.
  • Handle employee leave requests and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage multi-state unemployment claims and the return-to-work process.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities in operations.
  • Create and analyze HR reports and support HR technology upgrades.
  • Assist in HR special projects like compensation and performance management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits and leave administration in a mid-sized organization with multi-state leave administration.
  • Extensive experience using ADP.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficient in MS Office & Smartsheet.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Knowledgeable about benefits plans and related payroll/accounting functions.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
