Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Guest Services Associate to join our team at ZMC Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in maintaining room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
• Supervise the activities and service levels of the bell staff to ensure efficient and friendly guest interactions.

Qualifications:

• Must be flexible with shifts and able to work a variety of schedules.
• Must be personable and able to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess basic computational ability and basic computer skills.

Compensation: $12.00 per hour
