Medical Assistant Professional

- Provide administrative support, including handling patient records, scheduling appointments, and managing medical supplies.
- Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Conduct routine screenings, such as vital sign checks and blood pressure measurements.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and clean and sterilize medical equipment and instruments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of our medical facility.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medical office or clinic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
