About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a white-glove experience for our customers, educating them on our products and services and making recommendations based on their financial needs.
  • Leadership: Coach and develop our Customer Service Representatives to improve their skills and performance, and work closely with the Store Manager to develop leadership skills.
  • Store Operations: Assist with customer account management, including accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
  • Business Development: Work to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
  • Team Management: Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition.
  • Compliance: Maintain a work environment that upholds compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to remain in a stationary position, move and transport up to 25 pounds, move about inside and outside of the store, and operate mechanical controls.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Associate degree or higher.
  • Language: Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
