About the Role:

Catering Attendants play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service experiences to our clients. As a Catering Attendant, you will be responsible for assembling and delivering food and supplies to scheduled locations, ensuring accurate execution of all events during your shift. You will also be responsible for setting up and serving at functions, cleaning event areas during and after events, and returning leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.

• Log and maintain food temperatures.

• Arrange tables and decorations.

• Arrange buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards.

• Serve food and beverages to guests.

• Thoroughly clean location after event is completed.

• Return food and beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to catering facility.

• Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.

• Stock, clean, and maintain catering facility and equipment.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

• Previous food service experience is required.
