The estimated annual salary for this position is $94,121.72, based on the midpoint of the salary range. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

About the Job

This Behavioral Wellness Practitioner I/II position requires a licensed therapist with a strong background in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention services for adults, children, or transitional age youth with severe and/or persistent mental illness. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a multi-disciplinary clinical team providing substance abuse or mental health services.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assess, diagnose, counsel, and provide psychotherapeutic treatment, rehabilitation, and care coordination for seriously emotionally disturbed children and adolescents, and seriously and persistently mentally ill adults.
  2. Perform related duties as required, including crisis intervention, case management, and linkage to longer-term services.
