Job Title: ESL Instructor

Job Summary:

Reynolds Community College is seeking an experienced ESL Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English language skills to students from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students at various language proficiency levels
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field
  • Teaching experience in a community college or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in TESOL or Linguistics
  • Experience with online teaching platforms
  • Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment
