Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to enable patients to achieve optimal functional independence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
  • Completion of internship program in Occupational Therapy required.
  • Working knowledge of standard treatment and evaluation tools required.
  • 2 years of therapy experience preferred.
  • OT - State of California Occupational Therapist License required.
  • DL - Valid California Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Community Medical Centers required.
  • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required.
