Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an ICU setting and will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- 1 year of experience in an ICU setting.
- Valid NC RN license.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
