Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify their level of function and determine the treatment plan.
  • Develop and implement therapy plans to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to modify treatment plans and ensure patient progress.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on how to perform daily activities and maintain their independence.
  • Contribute to the improvement of department scores for employee engagement and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credential(s).
  • State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Basic Life Support (AHA) certification.
