Position Overview
Design To Delivery Inc (D2DInc) is seeking a SharePoint Systems Administrator to provide expert support for a government client. The ideal candidate will possess specialized knowledge in SharePoint Administration, demonstrating a strong customer service orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also being capable of working autonomously.

This role necessitates an active Secret clearance.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Analyze technical specifications and devise effective technical solutions, focusing on SharePoint user and group management.

2. Create solutions aimed at process automation.

3. Offer support and guidance to users regarding SharePoint features and functionalities.

4. Design and develop customized SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, views, workflows, and scripts.

5. Facilitate user adoption through training and consultation for users and site managers, ensuring effective use of existing SharePoint functionalities.


6. Identify and resolve technical issues, providing assistance to end-users and collaborating with development teams to enhance storage procedures.

7. Participate in delivering technical presentations to clients and leadership.

8. Develop new workflows to meet operational requirements.


9. Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and team members to provide insights on project progress, business needs, functional design, and risk management.

10. Ensure operational continuity and data accessibility during SharePoint migration processes.

11. Manage permissions associated with sites, subsites, and groups.

12. Support SharePoint initiatives by leveraging knowledge of graphic design and website user interface standards.

Qualifications
1. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field from an accredited institution.

2. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in SharePoint Administration, including design, programming, and maintenance of SharePoint portals and websites.

3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

4. Ability to engage professionally and collaboratively with others, demonstrating decorum and discretion at all times.

5. The individual must be self-driven, a quick learner, and capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.

6. Must be a U.S. Citizen.

7. Must hold an active Secret clearance.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
