Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and objectives.
  • Provide therapy sessions utilizing various techniques and tools to promote effective communication.
  • Maintain thorough records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to facilitate client success and provide support.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute expert input on speech and language goals.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
