Job Summary

Carter Lumber is seeking a skilled CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. As a CDL Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting building materials to local customer job sites in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport building materials to customer job sites using a company-owned fleet
  • Ensure daily delivery schedules are met while providing excellent customer service
  • Unload materials using a dump bed or truck-mounted forklift
  • Operate a truck-mounted forklift to place materials at customer job sites
Requirements
  • Previous delivery experience, preferably with building materials
  • Experience operating a truck-mounted forklift
  • An acceptable driving record and a current CDL license
  • Familiarity with building materials and delivery equipment is preferred
  • Ability to be a team player
