Electrical System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:- Create and maintain comprehensive test strategies for Anduril's Electronics Warfare (EW) and Radio Frequency (RF) products.
- Analyze failures and drive coverage and analysis of integration, characterization, and system-level testing.
- Integrate subassemblies and systems, including RF and digital hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application software.
- Facilitate performance, calibration, durability, and environmental testing of developmental components and systems per test plan.
- Develop and maintain test standards, design and develop test equipment, or procure and handle purchased test capital equipment to support test readiness.
- Support and perform field testing and act as a liaison to conduct ground and flight testing.
- Leverage data analysis and existing tools to reproduce and characterize failures.
- Characterize wireless communication systems and devices.
- Automate tests to enhance test coverage and ensure reproducibility and repeatability.
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on hardware, software, and/or system validation and verification testing.
- Proficiency with test equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and vector network analyzers.
- Familiarity with Linux applications, such as command-line interfaces, shell scripting, and file system navigation.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or Matlab for data parsing, analysis, and automation.
- Strong root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to travel and work at remote sites supporting test integration, commissioning, and training.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.
- A highly competitive salary range of $140,000-$215,000 USD.
