Job Summary

As a Night Auditor at Excel Hotel Group, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for our guests. You will process all payments accurately and provide excellent customer service to our guests and visitors. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Welcomes guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Registers guests, issues room keys, and provides information on hotel services and room location.
  • Accurately processes all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Issues, controls, and releases guest safe-deposit boxes.
  • Communicates any outstanding guest requests or issues to management.
  • Responds appropriately to guest complaints.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years customer service experience.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software, including ability to use email, word processing, spreadsheet software, and hotel management system.

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
