We are seeking a skilled Janitorial Maintenance Worker to join our team at Pilot Flying J. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of our store, including cleaning showers and restroom facilities, washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers, and performing general repair and maintenance of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the store
  • Clean showers and restroom facilities
  • Wash, load, and unload towels for showers
  • Perform general repair and maintenance of the store
  • Pick up and take all trash around the travel center
  • Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
