Job Description

The ideal candidate will have acute care experience, preferably in ICU, step-down, med-surg/tele, or acute rehab settings. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead nursing teams in providing excellent patient care
  • Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
  • A minimum of one year of RN experience, with diploma or associate degree in nursing
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
