Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Baseball Coach to join our team as a Part-Time Baseball Instructor. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to our athletes, supporting additional programs, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 instruction to athletes, focusing on their individual development and progress.
• Support and/or lead programs with multiple players, including camps, clinics, and teams, as directed by the General Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for our athletes and their families.
• Develop and manage a book of athletes, focusing on long-term player development relationships.
• Continuously learn and adapt to our curriculum, ensuring a high level of expertise and knowledge.
• Assist in training center cleanliness and maintenance, as well as set-up for programs, camps, clinics, team practices, and lessons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Coaching, teaching, or instructing experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth athletes or developing child to adolescent age groups.
• Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, as well as lift 25 lbs.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time.
