Job Description:
Fidelity Investments is seeking a skilled HSA Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing solutions to assist Fidelity Health and Benefit Account clients in meeting their strategic program goals.
This consultative role requires a deep understanding of health savings accounts and Fidelity's product offering. You will work closely with Managing Directors and internal service team members to build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and C-suite committee members. Your goal will be to drive organic growth by leveraging data-driven analytics and your expertise to address the business needs and challenges of each client.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with an internal team of service-based associates and partners across the organization to resolve client problems and offer tailored solutions for client needs. Together, you will help clients lead a successful Health Savings Account program to improve their employees' overall wellbeing.
The Expertise You Need
- Deep knowledge of Health Savings account administration is required, with experience in Health & welfare or benefits administration preferred.
- You will be expected to acquire a Series 7 and 63 certification within the first 3 months of taking up the position.
- A minimum of 8 years of Relationship Management or Client Service experience is necessary for this role.

- You must possess excellent client-facing consultation skills to effectively engage key decision makers and develop a deeper understanding of their needs and opportunities.
- Ability to participate in and lead business planning discussions, reviewing key plan performance indicators.
- Proactive awareness of changes in the client's business, their competition, industry, and marketplace through proactive solicitation and/or research, in order to influence and impact client satisfaction and being seen as an industry and product expert.
- Ability to think broadly and creatively beyond the day-to-day to develop innovative solutions to drive employee engagement.
- Experience with gathering, understanding, and analyzing plan level performance metrics and ability to understand the underlying causes that contribute to the plan metrics.
- Excellent presentation, influence, and negotiation skills, as well as strong organizational, time management, and executive presence capabilities are essential to excel in this position.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
