Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team in reproductive health care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sexual/reproductive healthcare and be able to provide family planning and abortion care to patients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive care to patients, including physical examinations and reproductive system assessments.
  • Ordering diagnostic studies and providing appropriate treatment and follow-up as necessary.
  • Collaborating with the health center team and other community agencies to provide comprehensive care.
  • Providing birth control education and methods.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and communicating effectively with patients and colleagues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in sexual/reproductive healthcare.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • A current NP or CNM license in the state of New Mexico or the ability to apply for one.

Working Conditions

This position is non-exempt and requires working Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm, with approximately 37.5 hours per week. Travel may be required for training purposes.
