Position Overview:
The Medical Imaging Technologist will play a crucial role in supporting fellow imaging professionals as necessary. This position requires strict adherence to established departmental and organizational protocols, quality assurance guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage effectively with patients and healthcare providers by coordinating and prioritizing imaging procedures throughout the workday to ensure optimal patient care and continuity.
- Exhibit flexibility and readiness to rotate across various departments and clinics to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Assist Radiologists or other medical professionals during invasive and fluoroscopic procedures, utilizing advanced equipment to accurately identify anatomical locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms, ensuring they are adequately stocked prior to the commencement of examinations, while adhering to Infection Control standards.
- Adapt assessment, treatment, and care methods to meet the unique physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, age-specific, and developmental needs of each patient served.
- Uphold patient confidentiality by performing all duties in a manner that protects sensitive information, disclosing details only when necessary for job performance.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology program or an equivalent recognized institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
- Current registration from The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists is required (temporary permit accepted for new graduates).
- Valid state licensure is mandatory.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, typically 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
