The Chief Data Strategist serves as the principal change leader for the agency providing the leadership for developing and implementing process, system and data strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and develop IT/IS Analytics that guide system-wide thinking that leads to opportunities for innovation and growth within each program.
  • Assist in defining and managing the departmental budgetary processes and investment decisions by building and communicating an effective business case.
  • Execute and manage the analysis and improvement of existing business and programmatic workflows to increase efficiency, reduce costs and collect relevant data to enhance business operations.
  • Lead the management of project teams successfully through identification and alignment of talent to project needs, assigning appropriate scope of work, expectations and accountability to completion and evaluation of project.
  • Analyze data to uncover insights that can drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
